We are working with a leading law firm based in Belfast for a solicitor to join their Private Client team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded and growing Private Client team, advising individuals and families on a broad range of wealth preservation, succession and personal legal matters.

The role will involve advising on wills, trusts and estate administration, probate, estate and tax planning, gifts and equity releases. The successful candidate will also handle Enduring Powers of Attorney, Office of Care and Protection applications, charity law, living wills and care home-related matters, while managing their own caseload and developing strong relationships with private clients.

Essential Criteria

  • 0-8 years’ PQE;
  • Private client background;
  • Strong drafting abilities;
  • Excellent academics;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player.
