About The Role
The Email Marketing Executive will help deliver a best-in-class customer inbox experience, gaining hands-on experience with experienced marketers and the latest technology to create engaging, personalised campaigns throughout the customer journey.
This role is based at our head office in Barton upon Humber.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Email Marketing Manager to develop email content and messaging for a wide range of UK audiences and business areas.
- Collaborate with the design team to brief and build weekly email templates that reflect the Wren Kitchens brand.
- Report on email performance and make recommendations based on campaign, channel and competitor analysis.
- Drive efficiency and optimisation across email campaigns, including implementing and managing an A/B testing programme.
- Collaborate with the Communications team and key stakeholders to identify gaps and improve communications throughout the customer journey.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand look, feel and tone of voice.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to create, manage and report on daily, weekly and ad-hoc surveys.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
About You
- Whilst experience in a similar role would be an advantage, it isn’t essential.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- An analytical eye for detail and able to respond and report on performance trends.
- Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and a clear communicator.
- Ability to work well to tight schedules and deadlines.
- A drive for keeping up-to-date with best-practice and industry / channel news.
- A fast learner with a proactive approach to working.
