Our rotational scheme will give you real-world experience, exposure to all sides of the business and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

At the end of the programme you will be guaranteed a permanent placement within the business. The salary for this role is up to £24,500.

Mandatory stages of the recruitment and graduate programme are outlined below:

• Assessment & Interview Day: Thursday 10 September in Manchester
• Graduate Programme Start Date: Thursday 8 October
• Graduate Induction: Our graduate induction will take place on 8th and 9th October at Lomond's Head Office in London. Attendance across both days is a mandatory part of the programme. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate across key business areas such as sales, lettings and property management
• Work as an estate agent with industry-leading professionals
• Gain hands-on experience in client-facing roles and property site visits
• Receive structured training, mentorship and support

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates with a strong degree result and a passion for the property industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in the property sector
• Eligibility to work permanently in the UK
• A full UK driving licence
