About the role
As a Resourcing Officer, you’ll support the Business leadership and play an important role in the implementation and delivery of Resource Management (RM) services to provide operational excellence. Resource Management works collaboratively with our business to deliver successful people deployment solutions and build quality client teams with suitable skills and
experience.
This is both a people and commercially focused role, founded on establishing effective working relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.
What your days will look like
- Deploy people to projects and roles, balancing business priorities with individual development needs while using skills data to mitigate resourcing risks.
- Analyse management information and workforce insights to make informed resourcing decisions and provide recommendations to the business.
- Build strong relationships across the business and wider resourcing function, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for resourcing needs.
- Enhance workforce agility by optimising the deployment of people and skills to meet evolving business demands.
This role is for you if you
- You have demonstrable experience of workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment and/or project management experience within a professional environment.
- You can evidence well refined communication skills, both written and oral.
- You have an ability to cultivate and maintain relationships, with an ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the business.
- You can plan, prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure.
- You are comfortable and confident with systems – Microsoft Office(particularly Excel).
- You have knowledge of manpower planning systems (advantageous but not essential).
