Client Support Manager

Venesky Brown is looking for a driven and commercially focused Client Support Manager to join our growing Infrastructure division.
This is a varied, client-facing role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, developing new business opportunities and delivering an excellent service. You will work closely with clients, workers and our internal Delivery teams to grow accounts, support projects and increase live placements across West Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, site teams and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within new and existing client accounts.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand upcoming projects, recruitment requirements and opportunities for growth.
- Visit client sites regularly and act as a visible point of contact for clients and workers.
- Welcome new starters on-site and provide ongoing support throughout their assignments.
- Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure vacancies are prioritised and suitable candidates are supplied quickly.
- Provide clear job specifications, onboarding requirements and project information.
- Support the coordination of PPE, testing, inductions and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate client, pipeline and placement information within our CRM system.
- Work towards quarterly placement and gross profit targets.
- Represent Venesky Brown at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
- Support inclusive recruitment, local employment and wider social value initiatives.
- Share client feedback and market information to help improve our recruitment service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a client-facing, sales or recruitment role.
- A strong commercial mindset and the confidence to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities.
- Confidence using CRM and project-tracking systems.
- An understanding of recruitment compliance, onboarding and health and safety would be beneficial.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about Venesky Brown, our values and the opportunity to represent the business positively in the market.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- The ability and flexibility to travel regularly throughout West Central Scotland is essential.
