We are looking for 2 dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to undertake the role of Assistant Domestic Services Manager, to work closely with clinical and non-clinical staff within NHS Grampian. You will provide day to day management of Domestic Supervisors & Domestic Assistants to ensure an effective provision of services.
NHS Grampian has a strong commitment to the compliance of HAI Standards & to the National Cleaning Services Specification to ensure service is delivered in an environment which is safe and clean.
The successful candidates will be educated to degree level in a relevant field or have significant management experience, supported with practical people management and financial management experience, with the ability and confidence to lead a large workforce in excess of 100 staff. Candidate must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel as and when required to various hospital locations.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is proven ability to manage and work well in a team environment. .
