Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer (Space Sector)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Salary: Dependent on experience

NewSpace Technical is growing, and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer/ Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol team.

We work in one of the most exciting markets in recruitment: the global space sector. Our clients include rocket companies, satellite manufacturers, AI-powered satellite businesses, engineering teams, software teams and commercial space organisations across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Technical has seen strong growth over the last 6 months. As one of our early hires, you will have the chance to build a desk, shape your market and grow with the business as we scale.

The Role

You will be involved in:

• Recruitment across the NewSpace sector
• Engineering, technology and commercial roles
• Candidate sourcing, outreach and market mapping
• Client development and account management
• Building a desk within a market of your choice
• Working alongside experienced recruiters

The Person

We are looking for someone with:

• Recruitment or resourcing experience
• A driven, ambitious and proactive attitude
• An interest in engineering, technology or the space sector
• A desire to work in a start-up environment
• Strong communication skills

Experience in engineering, technical or commercial recruitment would be a bonus, but attitude and work ethic are just as important.
