We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Alternative Feeds Administrator. About The Role

Contract: Temporary (12 months)

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As an Alternative Feeds Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Alternative Feeds Trading team. You’ll help manage customer contracts, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records. This is a varied role that combines administrative precision with customer service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include

• Being the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional support

• Responding to enquiries with clarity, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset

• Supporting monthly customer contract call-outs and coordinating orders for Buckets and Blocks

• Processing call-offs and managing sales and purchase contracts using internal systems

• Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations

• Maintaining accurate customer records and contract details

• Supporting contract administration and contributing to efficient workflows

About You

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role

• Strong communication skills with a clear and approachable style

• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple tasks

• Friendly, proactive, and committed to delivering great service

• A collaborative team player who also works well independently
