An Opportunity Has Arisen To Join The Outpatient Department At Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We Have a Part Time (34 Hours) Band 4 Clinic Coordinator Vacancy With The Following Hours
Monday 08:30 17:00
Tuesday 08:30 17:00
Wednesday 08:30 17:00
Thursday 08:30 17:00
Friday 08:30 12:30
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player, be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. The post holder would have to be in regular contact with staff across service and have supervisory responsibilities for the reception team.
They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
