You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to maintain service performance and ensure safe, responsive care delivery.

You Will

  • Have experience in a busy operational or service environment, ideally with previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Be confident in using IT systems to support service delivery
  • Be able to work under pressure, make decisions and prioritise effectively
  • Have a flexible approach to working patterns

Previous experience of working within an Out of Hours or healthcare environment is desirable.

Please Note

  • Shifts are worked on a rotational basis, including a mix of early and late duties
  • Weekend, Friday evening and Public Holiday working is essential to the role
  • A high degree of flexibility is required to meet service needs
