HRX Coordinator - Fixed term contract

As a HRX Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to HR department managers and candidates – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

This role is a six-month fixed term contract with an annual salary of £27,966.00 per annum

Please note this is an office based role working from the Hilton London Kensington

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Being the first point of contact for all levels within the business

• Provide a knowledgeable, timely response to all HR-related queries

• Ensuring employee data accuracy on our HR Platform

• Work with the other members of the team to ensure all necessary documentation is processed before the monthly payroll deadline

• Administer HR-related documentation, such as Contracts of employment and changes to a team members Terms and Conditions

• Provide support with the training of new department team members

• Ad hoc project work

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of the Hospitality industry

• A positive, can-do attitude

• A passion for HR and customers

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task

• The ability to meet deadlines

• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

• HR Experience at a similar level
