We are looking for a Support Worker and a Senior Support Worker to work with services in St Albans.

About the role

Joining us as a Senior Support Worker, you'll work alongside the Locality Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently.

You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

The shift patterns are (approximately, subject to change): 7.15am to 2.45pm, 2.45 to 10pm, 10pm to 7.15am. We need you to be as flexible as possible to cover these shifts within a small team, all dedicated to one person. If you are employed full-time, you will work 5 shifts over 7 days.

What we're looking for

  • Senior Support Worker - minimum 1 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Support Worker - passion for supporting people
  • Full UK driving licence is required
  • Passion for empowering people
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota
