Social Work Assistant Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Work Assistant Practitioner to join our Adult Services Social Work Team within NHS Highland.

The role involves supporting adults, families and carers within a statutory social work setting, contributing to assessment, care planning and service coordination. You will work closely with Social Workers and multidisciplinary colleagues, including supporting hospital discharge planning and communitybased interventions.

You must have experience in Adult Social Care and be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or above, or hold an HNC in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
