This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national practice with an established presence in Scotland and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work to a diverse client base.

The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.

The Role

You’ll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced lawyers.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Development work
• Investment and asset management
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property finance
• Real estate aspects of corporate transactions

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national Real Estate team.

About You

We’re keen to speak with Real Estate Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE who are looking for a role offering quality work, responsibility and long-term career development.

You’ll ideally have

• Strong experience across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• The ability to manage your own caseload and work with a degree of autonomy
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
• The ambition to progress your career within a growing team
