About the role
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the future of pensions risk transfer within a dynamic and growing team. As Pensions Director, Data & Benefits, you’ll lead strategic projects that deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients, including multinational corporates and trustees. You’ll work alongside specialists in actuarial, investment, governance, and legal disciplines, gaining exposure to a wide range of risk transfer strategies, from traditional buy-ins and buy-outs to capital-backed journey plans.
What your days will look like
Lead client portfolios and deliver high-quality, FCA-regulated advice in line with firm values
Drive innovation by developing new solutions and identifying market opportunities
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders
Promote collaboration between people and technology to enhance client outcomes
This role is for you if
You bring deep UK pensions experience in actuarial advisory, insurance, or reinsurance
You’ve led complex pensions data and benefits projects that support risk transfer strategies and strengthen client partnerships
You’re confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across systems and teams
You think creatively and encourage others to explore multiple angles to solve problems
You uphold professional standards and model integrity in all aspects of your work
You’re passionate about growing the business and creating value for clients and the firm
