Warehouse Operative

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team? Burch Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a thriving operation in East Kilbride, Glasgow.

YouKey Responsibilities Will Include:

• Loading and unloading deliveries with care
• Checking items for damage or missing parts
• Moving stock to storage or dispatch areas
• Picking and scanning orders using hand-held scanners
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Following health & safety and manual handling procedures
• Supporting efficient daily operations

• Forklift licence (FLT) is a bonus

Details Of The Role:

• Job Type: Permanen
• Schedule: Shifts allocated in line with operational demand, with overtime and weekend availability as required (PM shift work is required)
• Location: In person – East Kilbride, Glasgow
• Benefits: Company pension, free on-site parking

This is a physically demanding role. Candidates will be required to lift, move, and handle heavy and bulky parcels on a daily basis and should be comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout their shift.

Please Note: Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
