Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice,

Dental Beauty Streatham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in South London.

You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Kunal Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport as we are only a short walk from Streatham Hill train station.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collect and record patient payments and manage finance payment systems
• Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• We are ideally looking for a candidate with some background in Dentistry, however we are also open to considering candidates with front of house, customer service or healthcare experience
• The successful candidate must be able to travel to our other practices in Dulwich & Forest Hill as/when required to work
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
