Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Truro, Cornwall

Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission |

OTE: £30-35,000+ in first year

We're on the lookout for ambitious, driven people who want to take the leap into the world of 360 recruitment! 6-12+ months sales experience is desirable, but progression in other industries such as hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
• Growing your market within engineering, or technology
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear targets

• Motivated by results, success, and personal growth
• Resilient and ready to take on a challenge
• A consistent career history showing commitment and progression
• 6-12+ months sales experience (desirable not essential)
• Excited to learn and build a long-term career in sales and 360 recruitment
