Learning Operations Compliance Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning Operations Compliance Coordinator to help shape and support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences across our Engineering/FHS technical training team.
In this role, you'll lead a dedicated Learning Support team, ensuring training operations run efficiently, compliance standards are met and learners receive an outstanding service. Combining strong supervisory and administrative expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, you'll use data, insight and stakeholder collaboration to enhance learning processes and contribute to Heathrow's Future Skills ambitions.

- Lead and support the Learning Support team, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across training administration, learner communications and learning facility management.
- Coordinate learning activities and maintain accurate, auditable training records, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative and internal requirements.
- Manage business support activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, document management and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor data quality and compliance through regular audits, reporting and effective record management across digital and paper-based systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the efficient delivery of learning operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data and insight to support planning, scheduling, utilisation and budgeting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and consistency across the learning function.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to inspire, support and influence others to achieve results.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong IT, data management and reporting skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to use insight to drive improvements.
- Proactive, resilient and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for learning, people development and future skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Knowledge of training compliance, governance and legislative requirements.
- Understanding of Engineering and/or Fire, Health & Safety operational environments.
- Experience of facilities management or learning environment administration.
