Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only, working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to join our fabulous Bluebell family as an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) working at Fletching Church of England Primary School:
- to support an individual child on a one-to-one basis
- to supervise and take care of the children during the lunch time period in all areas,inside and outside of the school.
This is a busy and varied role, but we will help you to get the support you need to succeed.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have experience of supporting children in a classroom environment
- Have knowledge and understanding of child development
- Be effective at establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Have good Maths and English skills
- Have high expectations of themselves and pupils
- Embrace the Christian ethos of the school
- Promote a positive image of the school through their work and attitude.
Previous school experience preferred, but all applications considered.
