What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking to customers over the phone and identifying sales opportunities
• Re-contracting existing customers and strengthening relationships
• Upselling and cross-selling products that offer real value
• Handling objections confidently and turning conversations into results
• Working towards achievable targets with uncapped commission
• Celebrating successes as part of a supportive, high-energy team

What We're Looking For

You don't need to have worked in broadband before.

We'll provide training, but you'll need:

Previous sales experience (telephone, retail, outbound or similar)

Confidence speaking to customers

A positive, resilient attitude

The drive to achieve targets and earn commission

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
