Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, advising businesses and other organisations on complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes, advising on litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and legal submissions, and representing clients throughout the dispute resolution process. The successful candidate will also be involved in settlement negotiations, mediation and other forms of ADR, support senior lawyers on complex matters, maintain key client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Essential Criteria

• 1-6 years’ PQE;
• Commercial litigation experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong work ethic.
