Driver Hire Inverness is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and committed individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will have –

• Enthusiasm, energy, commitment, and a positive attitude
• Excellent computer skills and a professional telephone manner
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide variety of people
• A positive, team-player attitude

About The Role –

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting and registering candidates
• Maintaining and updating candidate information across various computer systems
• Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates
• Allocating candidates to shifts
• Developing relationships with clients
• Providing a high level of service to both candidates and clients

As Driver Hire operates 24/7, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £27202.50 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme

OTE: £35,000+
