The Strategic Commercial and Partnership Lead will lead and manage the Best Value, Commercial Engagement, Commercial Operations and Innovation teams, linking data and supplier insight to drive improved outcomes, greater efficiency and digital capability. Supporting the Head of Commercial and Procurement Services to deliver the Sustainable Procurement Strategy, they will lead on continuous improvement, drive commercialisation and develop a best practice contract and supplier management model to help achieve strategic outcomes.
