Altrad Integrity Services are currently looking for a Project Controls Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity ideally suited to a recent education leaver or someone with the enthusiasm and drive to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. Key Deliverables

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Controls team across commercial, financial and operational activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of client invoices in support of the commercial contract teams.
  • Support the review and compilation of monthly reimbursable costs alongside commercial colleagues.
  • Initiate customer invoicing in line with contractual and commercial arrangements.
  • Assist the Project Lead in monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting timely payment in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project records and supporting documentation.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal departments to support commercial awareness and collaboration.
  • Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of Project Controls activities in accordance with company procedures and business objectives.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, project documentation and administrative records as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Company HSEQ policies, procedures and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and administrative practices.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and personal development while supporting the wider Project Controls team.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a Project Controls environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong team-working ethic.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and professionalism.

Desirable

  • Previous administration experience within an office or project environment.
  • Experience working with financial or commercial documentation.
  • Relevant business or administration qualification.
  • Knowledge of engineering, construction or infrastructure industries.
