The Role

• Support learners through Data Analyst and Intelligence Analyst Apprenticeship standards
• Deliver high-quality coaching, training, assessment, and feedback to apprentices
• Build strong learner relationships and ensure progress towards target achievement dates
• Effectively utilise technology for tracking and supporting learner journeys
• Provide clear, individualised learning journeys from initial assessment to successful completion
• Identify risks, absences, and support needs, escalating where necessary

What You'll Need

• Strong intelligence industry knowledge and a passion for developing others
• Military experience and excellent working knowledge of the intelligence industry
• Relevant training, teaching, or assessor qualification, or equivalent capability
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Good IT skills and confidence in using technology for learning delivery
• Ability to manage own time, work remotely, and maintain accurate learner records
