Are you highly organised, a strong communicator, and motivated by helping services run smoothly? We are seeking a Rota Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our staffing operations, ensuring that commissioned care packages are safely and appropriately covered with trained team members. Working closely with nursing teams and the Continuing Care Team (CCT), you will support the placement of new staff and maintain clear oversight of staffing levels across the service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality care, making a genuine difference to the families and patients we support every day.

This is a fixed term post to cover maternity leave. The contract length will be dependent on start date, up 12 months.
- Managing rota coordination for the service, including annual leave and sickness
- Prioritising workloads and meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring strong communication with families regarding shift coverage and resolving rota queries
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Supporting operational decision-making through proactive problem solving
