Charge Hand - Steelfixers

Location: HS2 - BBV Project, Stoneleigh/Kenilworth

We are currently looking for an experienced Steelfixing Charge Hand to join our team on the BBV HS2 project in Stoneleigh, Kenilworth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steelfixing Charge Hand
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Valid CSCS Black/Gold Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• HS2 induction and relevant safety-critical tickets are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating steelfixers on site
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
• Liaising with site management and ensuring compliance with site procedures
