Marketing Assistant — Social Content & Short-Form Video (Freelance, Ad Hoc)

Lahat Creative is a marketing, PR and events agency, marketing, PR and events, all under one roof. We look after everything from luxury automotive brands to charities, national events and growing SMEs, giving them a complete team for less than the cost of a single salary.

We're looking for a freelance Marketing Assistant to help us turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social content. We already have someone shooting the content; your job is to make something brilliant out of it.

What you'll be doing

• Editing and building TikToks, Instagram Reels and short-form video from footage we supply
• Writing captions, hooks and copy that sound like the brand, not like an agency
• Scheduling, posting and keeping content calendars moving across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Keeping an eye on trending audio, formats and hooks, and telling us what we should be jumping on
• Light community management — comments, DMs, replies

What we need from you

• Demonstrable experience creating short-form video for brands or creators; this is not a "I'm keen to learn" role
• Confident with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Canva — whatever you're fast in)
• Genuinely good copy: hooks, captions, tone of voice
• A real feel for what works on TikTok and Reels right now
• Organised and reliable — you'll be managing content, not just making it
• Based in or able to travel to Guildford, Surrey
• 18 or over. Our work includes evening event coverage and 18+ venues

Nice to have

• Agency or multi-client experience
• Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool)
• Motorsport, interior design, UGC, automotive, events or charity sector experience

The details

• £14.00 per hour, freelance
• Around 8 hours per week to start, with scope to grow as clients come on
• Flexible, ad hoc hours — But 50/50 in our Guildford office or remote
• Self-employed basis: you invoice us and handle your own tax and NI
