The Role: Traid is looking for a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Alperton Lane, Wembley. Our warehouse plays a vital role in our mission to change fashion for the better, and is our central hub for sorting and processing donated clothing, keeping these items out of landfill. As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll support the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and thrives in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Operate the garment conveyor belt system, sending garments up the belt to our team of sorters.
• Safely and effectively operate machinery such as the garment compactor.
• Assist with the packing, movement, storage, and documentation of stock as needed.
• Follow warehouse procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Work closely with team members and managers to meet daily operational targets.
• Carry out general warehouse duties.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as part of daily tasks.
• The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with operating machinery or willingness to learn.
