Key Stage 1 Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a Primary School in Solihull. This is a full-time role starting in September and continuing for the full academic year.

This Year 2 Teacher position is ideal for a passionate teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching and who has a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum. This is a full-class teaching role that includes responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment, and classroom management. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills and Experience for this Key Stage 1 Teacher role

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.

Working for Flourish Education as a Key Stage 1 Teacher you will receive:

• Pay: £168.80 to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
