We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Officer within Homes & Neighbourhoods Property Services to support the successful delivery of a major system transformation programme.

This is an opportunity to join at a critical stage of delivery, where we need someone who can bring proven, end‑to‑end experience of system implementation and high level of communications skills to engage with a variety of people, assisting them in the development of skills and knowledge.

About the Role

You will provide technical expertise across building maintenance services and processes, working closely with IT suppliers and internal teams to ensure the system is successfully delivered, embedded and fully operational.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of the final stages of delivery, including:

Supporting the completion and rollout of the system

Leading and delivering end-to-end training programmes

Driving full adoption across teams and ensuring consistent system use

Embedding new processes and ways of working into business as usual

Translating technical updates into clear operational practice

You will also

Hold suppliers to account to ensure delivery commitments are met

Support and challenge teams to fully embrace the new system

Lead on regulatory reporting, data quality and system governance once live

About You

Candidates should have significant IT implementation experience. Knowledge of, or experience working with Total would be beneficial:

Have proven experience of delivering system implementation from design through to embedding

Understand repairs and maintenance services and operational demands

Be confident working in a delivery-focused, deadline-driven environment

Have strong communication, training and influencing skills

Be able to challenge constructively and drive outcomes

You will be someone who can step into a live project, take ownership, and ensure it is delivered and embedded successfully.
