About the Role
INA, 8.45am-3.15pm, 30 hours per week, Term Time Only with MDSA duties: Fixed term LGA Scale 4A - £27,254- £27,694 pro rata Hourly rate is £14.13 - £14.35 Start date: As soon as possible.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, supportive team player to work in either Key Stage 1 or 2 . The INA will be capable of offering high-quality input and support with individuals and small groups. You will need a wide variety of skills and a lot of energy.

- Have experience working with pupils with additional needs/ neurodivergence
- Experience in managing behaviour effectively and calmly

- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Be sympathetic and supportive of the Christian ethos (even if not a practising Christian)
- Be an excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core values of love and respect
- Have high expectations of behaviour and achievement for all children
- Experience of Makaton would be desirable
