The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, organised, motivated and flexible Individual Needs Assistant to join our school family.

Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Start date: September 2026

About the Role

The successful applicant will:

Have a good understanding of SEND and can use strategies to support pupils with SEND
work under the direction of the class teacher and INCo as well as being required to use their own initiative
have good communication skills, an interest in child development as well as high expectations and aspirations for all
support the Catholic ethos of our school
