The Role
As an IT Experience Co-ordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support at your local site, helping colleagues resolve technical issues and ensuring they have the tools they need to work effectively. Working closely with fellow IT Experience Co-ordinators and central IT teams, you'll help deliver a consistent and professional IT service across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the local face of IT and first point of contact for employees.
- Logging, prioritising and supporting IT incidents and service requests.
- Providing first-line support for laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, printers, user accounts and connectivity issues.
- Managing issues through to resolution, escalating when required.
- Supporting new starters with equipment, access and IT set-up.
- Assisting with employee leaver processes and asset management.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, tickets and resolutions.
- Promoting best practice, IT security awareness and self-service tools.
- Sharing feedback and insights to help improve IT services across the business.
- Collaborating with a network of IT Experience Co-ordinators across the UK.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A passion for technology and helping people.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of colleagues.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, organised and dependable approach to work.
- A willingness to learn and develop as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
- Experience in a customer service, helpdesk or IT support role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows devices.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems or structured support environments.
