We are recruiting for a Graduate Surveyor to join the Crawley/Gatwick business space agency team. The role will involve providing support to the Partners / Director in the team undertaking building inspections, viewings and general agency work, including drafting reports, calling applicants, designing and implementing marketing campaigns and keeping clients updated on progress. The role is likely to be varied dealing with warehouse & logistics properties, offices, retail and other commercial uses in the South London and South M25 area. Support will be provided to assist the individual through the RICS APC process, including obtaining an RICS accredited degree, if required. The role requires a focused, enthusiastic, and determined Graduate Surveyor with the ability to use own initiative and work in a team environment. A confident manner, meeting and communicating with Landlords, Developers and Tenants. The ability to demonstrate problem solving and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines by scheduling time and focusing on the most important tasks with daily accountability. The role requires attendance in the office 5 days a week to engage and participate with the team, ensuring thorough training is carried out. Office attendance will predominantly be to the SHW Crawley/Gatwick office, with occasional travel to other SHW offices.
