With our fully paid training programme, including both in-person and online learning, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

From your first day, you’ll have the support of a welcoming team, flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, and opportunities to develop a rewarding long-term career. Many of our full-time carers earn £28,000+ per year.

What You Can Look Forward To

  • Competitive pay of £13.50–£15.50 per hour depending on when you work
  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, including travel to and from home (after 10 miles)

  • Supporting with everyday routines, including personal care and medication
  • Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Building trusted relationships with the people you support
  • Helping individuals continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes
