Job Title: Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our freight forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
• Handle import and export shipment coordination.
• Prepare and manage freight pricing and quotations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customers, and overseas agents.
• Manage customs clearance documentation and coordinate with customs brokers.
• Ensure timely shipment execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth logistics processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, pricing, and customs clearance.
• Good understanding of import/export documentation and logistics processes.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
