Our competitive pay rates mean your dedication is recognised, with earnings of up to £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage on top.

Through our fully paid training programme, including both in-person and online learning, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.
You’ll be supported from day one by a friendly local team, with flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle and opportunities to grow your career in care. Many of our full-time carers earn £28,000+ per year.
What You Can Look Forward To
- Competitive pay of £13.50–£15.50 per hour depending on when you work
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, including travel from home (after 10 miles)

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Community Carer, you’ll support people across Plymouth and the surrounding communities by:
- Helping with daily routines, including personal care and medication
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Building trusted relationships with the people you care for
- Helping individuals remain independent in their own homes
