Clinical Research Fellow
King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
The post is for 5 sessions per week, the Clinical Research Fellow will undertake research towards a Medical Doctorate (MD) in the Department of HIV and Sexual Health, King’s College Hospital, and the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine, King’s College London. This research will focus on the safety of tenofovir alafenamide in individuals with HIV who have chronic kidney disease.

The appointee will be expected to register for an MD degree and acquire relevant research and statistical skills and participate fully in the educational and training programmes within the department and the university. They may be provided with an opportunity to undertake occasional HIV outpatient clinics and be expected to support other research activity within the HIV Research Group. The post will be based at the Denmark Hill site. The appointee will have named educational and clinical supervisors and be encouraged to attend study leave outside the organisation to contribute to your skills and knowledge.
