Join the assets team as a Business Support Administrator and play a key role in helping us maintain and improve homes and communities across Wales. Working at the heart of a busy, customer focused team, you'll coordinate essential processes, manage property data, support contractors and suppliers, and help ensure our asset management services run smoothly. About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity, working 37 hours per week covering maternity leave until July 2027. Skills and Experience Needed

We're looking for a highly organised and customer focused individual with experience of providing effective administrative and service support within a busy office environment. You'll be confident managing a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively and ensuring a high level of accuracy in everything you do.

You will have experience of working with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, building positive working relationships and delivering a professional, responsive service.

You'll be comfortable using a range of IT systems and have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook in an office based environment. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are key to success in this role.
