Role Description

This is a full-time position, operating from our Waterlooville office for a Highways Foreman / Operatives. The responsibilities include operating machinery and tools for highway construction activities. The position requires performing site preparation, loading and unloading materials, adherence to safety protocols, and contributing to the overall delivery of high-quality work on various civil engineering projects.

Qualifications

· CSCS

· SMSTS / SSSTS

· NRSWA

· First Aid

· A valid driving license is required; relevant construction or machinery certifications are an advantage

· Knowledge of construction site safety and ability to follow health and safety protocols rigorously

· Teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work individually and efficiently in a physically demanding environment

· Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with industry standards are beneficial

· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform under deadlines
