Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm (33 hours per week)

Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am (44 hours per week)

Full-time contracts available on both days and nights, depending on your preference

Located in Wavertree, Oak Springs is a modern, purpose-built care home providing residential, dementia and short-stay care in a luxurious and welcoming setting. Home to 74 residents, our service is designed to encourage independence, wellbeing and social connection, with outstanding facilities and a vibrant programme of activities.

What You'll Be Doing

As a healthcare assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting residents to live comfortably, confidently and with dignity.

Your duties will include

Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks

Assisting with eating, drinking and maintaining good nutrition

Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support

Encouraging participation in activities, hobbies and social events

Promoting independence wherever possible

Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting any concerns

Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional standards of care

Contributing to a safe, clean and welcoming environment

Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
