  • Supervise advice sessions and provide guidance on complex cases.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of advice through case checking and feedback.
  • Support project delivery and achievement of service targets.
  • Help identify and manage safeguarding, data protection and service quality issues.
  • Contribute to service improvement and organisational development.
  • Foster a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You

  • Enjoys supporting and developing others.
  • Can motivate teams and create a positive working environment.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is committed to access to justice and supporting vulnerable people.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities.

Whether you're already supervising advisers or you're an experienced adviser ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

At CAKLC, you'll be part of a supportive and ambitious organisation that values collaboration, innovation and social justice. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Make a real difference to the lives of people across Kent.
  • Work alongside dedicated and passionate colleagues.
  • Contribute to the future development of one of Kent's leading advice charities.
