Stock Controller

Pay Rate: £31,779.87 + Any Shift Premium + Any Overtime

Grade: CA

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) / Night Shift

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 Off ( 18:00 -6:00)

Location: Rugby

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Stock & Admin Controller to join our warehouse team. This role is key to maintaining stock accuracy and integrity across the operation, ensuring efficient stock control processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Support the maintenance of stock accuracy and integrity through the effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve stock accuracy in partnership with operational teams
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure a seamless stock control service is provided to the warehouse operation
• Control and monitor stock movement throughout the warehouse using WMS
• Carry out daily stock control processes and procedures
• Perform stock counts, stock adjustments, and stock reconciliations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• stock control, inventory, or warehouse administration experence ( desirables )
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
• Experence in stock Managment - (desirable)
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Happy to work in Inbound and outbound part of the warehouse
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Have MHE License -( desirable)
• Happy to work 4 on 4 off , Night shift (18:00 -6:00)
