LGV Day Driver – Operational Logistics- Water Recycling

Location : Grimsby ( North East Lincolnshire) & surrounding area

Hourly rate starting from £20.78 , depending on skills and progression + overtime available

Fuel and performance bonus available

Permanent, Full-time |

Please note: The final shift pattern for this role is yet to be confirmed. Candidates should be willing to work either of the following day-based shift patterns:

Option 1: Day Shifts

• Start times between 04:00 and 05:00
• Average 12-hour shifts
• Rotating basis with a fixed 3-week shift pattern

Option 2: Twin Shift Pattern

• Week 1 – Early Shift: Monday to Saturday, 04:30 start
• Week 2 – Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30 start

What You’ll Need

• Valid Class 1 LGV Licence ( Manual ) (C+E)
• Fully completed CPC
• Proven LGV driving experience, ideally in a similar industry
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work at height and pass occupational health checks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to meet the demands of an essential service

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites
• Work closely with central logistics teams and site managers
• Ensure compliance with Anglian Water’s safety and operational standards
• Maintain three points of contact when working at height (e.g. on ladders)
