We're looking for an experienced employee benefits administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, you'll manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of benefits including pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits .

What you’ll do

  • manage the day-to-day running of client accounts across pensions, life insurance, income protection, group risk, group healthcare, and flexible benefits

  • coordinate and undertake all administration in relation to employee benefit s schemes

  • update member data, process renewals, manage claims data, and maintain communication materials

  • respond to client and member queries promptly and accurately

  • train and coach developing administrators in the team, supporting their professional growth

  • build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external contacts including insurers and providers

  • ensure all client affairs are managed efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

What we're looking for

  • experience in an employee benefits-related role

  • proven experience in pension administration, risk benefits, and healthcare benefits

  • ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing

  • proactive approach with ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

  • positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

  • ambition for career progression within employee benefits
