About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Support the smooth running of the IDAS Sanctuary Scheme
- Handle telephone enquiries relating to safe accommodation
- Provide advice, information, and assistance to anyone contacting the referrals hub in relation to safe accommodation / target hardening items
Monitor target hardening stock and assist with the distribution of items internally and externally for all regions.
- Collect and record information required by the Lead and Manager, including equalities information to ensure we are reaching diverse communities, including those living in rural areas.
- Liaise with contractors regarding the fitting of target hardening items.
