Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

Support chefs during service by ensuring that all necessary utensils and equipment are readily available.

Help with the storage of food items, ensuring proper labelling and rotation to maintain freshness.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.

Participate in cleaning duties at the end of shifts, ensuring a tidy workspace for the following day.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential.

A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
