THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 9 MONTHS DUE TO MATERNITY COVER

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive team secretary to join the MH & LD admin team at Llys Dyfrig to support the duty team. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main duties of the job

This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure with the ability to use various data systems accurately.

You will work closely with primary care administrator and provide cover when necessary.

Check multiple systems and receive referrals into team from various agencies.

Complete outcomes after SPoAA meeting each morning and distribute to relevant colleagues/agencies.

This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • GCSE/O Level Maths & English Grade C or above
  • IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent knowledge & experience, or willing to work towards
  • NHS continuous employment
